I have switch and kept my number…I need to recover my mobile ID number to log into my account. How can I do that?”

I have kept my previous phone number. Not an ID Number.

I “threw” the ID number after I switched my phone number.

Now I can’t login to my ID account , because they ask the ID number.

What can I do ?

Hey there ​@David Eustache, to login to your account, you can use the number you switched over to us once the switch completes, and you’ll need to register the account first, which we’d advise doing anyway.

 

So to clarify, please await for your number switch to complete and then register, and you should be fine to login.

Hi, I am having the same issue. But I have my ID mobile number, and when I input it for login it asks for a code but a code never comes via text. Should I wait for the switch to finish?

Sian. Update: the switch happened. Can’t make calls on my phone in my old SIM card. New one is in and I can’t get a code notification to log in and I have no signal at all besides wifi and all my calls keep failing.
