I am trying to set up my account and it says that my details are not recognised. I kept my old number when switching but it does not recognise this. It recognises the id mobile number I was given but as I don’t have that number I cannot get the text to verify the account. Help please!

If you’re in the process of transferring, as ​@andewhite suggests it might take a day or so for the app system to catch up, it may be worth trying again maybe a day after the transfer has completed.

Sometimes the iD Mobile systems can take a few days to register the mobile number for your iD account has changed, ​@Helen Pedley
