My ID app on my phone says “authentication failed” (doesn’t even let me try to sign in). There’s a “try again” button but nothing happens when I tap it. I’ve deleted and uploaded again, and no change.
What phone are you using please?
iphone 15pro (it was working previously but not sure when it changed as I rarely use it)

- Check Internet: Ensure you have a stable connection.
- Update App: Make sure the app is up-to-date.
- Restart Phone: Turn it off and on again.
- Clear Cache: On Android, go to Settings > Apps > [App] > Storage > Clear Cache.
- Contact Support: If the issue persists, reach out to the app’s support team.

Ok have you pressed and hold the apps till they wobble etc, then click the X in the corner to uninstall the app then redownload. It?
