I started a contract with iD mobile just over a month ago and I still am unable to see my contract information in the app.
There seems to be no way to update my information, is this a common fault?

Sorry to hear this, what device are you using with the app?
Is the app up to date in the app store?
Have you tried the website alternatively?

I'm using the Samsung Galaxy Fold 6, but I've tried to use the latest app on the iPhone 15 Pro and had the same issue.
Every link I use to log in directs me to open a new account. (Even though I've opened a new account) So there's no way to check my details online.
