Can't access to my account probably it was my fault to open 2 accounts with same email address now i can't access the other one i would love to update the email but not getting any options for that need help
+17Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
