Id mobile app / account access

Hi Cannot access the app or log into my account to check balance / contract details .

it says my detail do not match. I am using the same phone number and the same e-mail address and i have successfully changed my password. I cannot set up direct debit, see any details about data usage or anything. a bit useless really.
