Hi, 

every time I login in to my account via app or internet I get an “oops there was a problem” message in red, I just want to see what upgrades I am entitled to why is it so difficult?

I’ve had this for almost 2 months now, contacted support so many times but they do nothing. Only fix seems to be cancelling your contact and signing up with a different network with a working app.
