Hi

Iv logged into the ID mobile app and its not showing my phone no or current plan. It only shows my previous disconnected no (from a identify fraud scam.) My phone is working ok at the mo. Can you confirm my phone no and plan are all ok

Thanks

Hi

Iv had to log in to my app and Add a Plan and input my phone no and surname. When I added my email it said my no was connected to another email. Iv requested my email be added to my no and this has gone thru ok. So my plan and no are back in the app and all looks normal. What worries me is how my plan disappeared from my app and my no was connected to another email? Can you investigate how my plan dropped out of my app and which email my phone no was connected to ??

Thanks

Hi @Paul Stevo  had you previously registered on the old version of the app with a different email perhaps?

No reason to use another email as I cud see my old no and new no in the app. After my old no was pinched  in mar I just want to make sure there is nothing going on with this new no. Can you find out which email had my no last weekend?

Thanks
