Hi

Just got my number ported from EE to id. It's a samsung phone but I can't recieve incoming calls. Please can someone help.

    Try turning your phone off + on.

    Hey there ​@Amys0308, sorry to hear that. Are you still having issues?

     

    Have you tried restarting your phone as suggested by ​@Geluk, and also reset network settings?

     

    Also, did you transfer your phone number over to us?
