I require an incoming call log for a DWP tribunal. How do I request this?

Unfortunately ​@Sharonbromley, mobile phone incoming call logs aren’t generally available, except to law enforcement agencies.

    Should be an incoming call list on your handset you can screenshot or take a photo of. Pretty sure you won’t be able to request this information off iD unless a serious offence has been committed.

    They need log. Calls can be deleted from phones. Not looking very hopeful 🫤

      If possible, it may be worth reaching out to the caller to see if they are able to provide details for the call.
