Hi I am in a new sim only plan with 120 GB of data. Under My plan both on the web and id app it shows my plan has a 1.5 GB data allowance. I reported it via chat but nothing has happened. I found other reports of similar nature here for 7 months or longer and the answer then was that the team were aware of this and working on a fix. Has this not been fixed yet ? What is the problem that has lasted so long and is unfixable ? Anything that can be done about it ?
