Had to put my phone on but back over the bank holidays and the tried charging me 2 times what I took out and 200 on top of the money I borrowed because I had mental health and mugged me off like to report it and claim on insurance

We don’t sell insurance, nor would we charge for anything that isn’t owed.

Sorry to hear about this incident, @Andrew Corrigan

Your best option would be to speak to your insurance company directly - iD Mobile don’t provide, nor sell mobile phone insurance.
