I have some issues after switching from Three to iD. My son was struggling to send messages to me using my phone number that I got ported over from Three. None of them come through. I've just sent a text message to him and it came through under the old number that iD originally provided with the SIM card, and not my poetes number. How can I get this sorted? I have no idea if this is an isolated case or if other people have struggled too. Thanks

Hi there @Tom HalesThe provisional iD number tends to be retained by the phone when the iD SIM is inserted too early, but this should sort it. Its a fairly common issue:It has iPhone, Samsung and most other android phones in that order

Issues after porting number over to iD
