I was previously able to login to my account via laptop when I signed up. I'm now unable to. Why?

How do I login to my own account that i pay to be able to access without the app?

Have you been able to login since April last year when the new app/website was released please?

 

If so, what error do you get now?

Thanks for the reply. I probably have been prevented from logging on to the new site and am only getting the option of signing in via the app which requires re-registering 

I dont have the option off app login all the time so I would beed to cancel my contract if so. Hope you can provide the simple alternative of web based login.

Hey there ​@BS-ID, to confirm, have you re-registered for the new app/website since April last year, when the new app came out?

 

If that’s not the case, then it’s correct that you’d need to re-register to be able to login.

 

If you have re-registered since then, and try to login, do you get an error message at all, or does it simply ask you to re-register then?

If app use is required to re-register, which I cant do, how do I access my account?

It isnt clear from what you say weather when I have re-registered if I can log in without the app, which is the main inquiry I posted initially.

To login to the website or app, you will need to re-register if you haven’t done so since April last year, as we need all customers to re-register for our new app/website ​@BS-ID.
