Live Chat Keeps Closing + Still No Data Added

Hi,

 

I’ve now tried to speak to an agent around 10 times and every single time the chat either freezes or closes just as I’m being transferred — usually without warning. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since this is an ongoing issue that hasn’t been resolved.

 

A couple of days ago, an agent told me 250GB of data had been added to my account while I was on the chat. We waited together for it to appear, but it never landed. After more than an hour, the chat closed automatically at 8pm when support ends — and the agent made it look like I’d gone quiet, which wasn’t true.

 

I’ve now been told twice that the data was added, but it clearly hasn’t. I’m currently in Paris with less than 1GB of data left and I urgently need this sorted — but I’ve spent hours trying to get through with no luck.

 

Can someone from the team please respond and get this escalated properly? I’ve lost all confidence in the live chat and just need a working solution.
