I can’t access my id mobile app and I have no email with a customer service pin, so what do I do now as I need to speak with them as I’ve switched provider but now I can’t port my number or cancel the contract I don’t want

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Sam Attwell   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
