Is anyone else having issues logging in to both the app and the website?

Yes many times. Seems to be an intermittent fault which ID mobile tech department are looking into.

It's android and I have done all of this and more. Currently it sits with ID tech team. No sign of a fix at this time.

Not sure if it's fixed permanently. Seems to be working fine ATM but will give it a few days to see if the problem reoccurs as it previously has
