Logging /Registering

hi all…  I have tried logging into my account and keep getting logged out on both pc format and app…  I can’t seem to be able to get around it… so decided to try via a new registration… got the verivication code and input it and this came up… 

We can't authorize you because of an OAuth error.

You didn't complete the approval process before it expired. Please try again.

I would like to get this sorted asap as I will be working overseas and would like to access my account so I can question any billing issues should they arise….

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. If you’ve already registered for the iD Mobile app or My Account online and linked your number, you won’t be able to re-register.
