I've got 3 accounts mine and my two sons cobby log in to any of them tried every combination of email and phone numbers it just keeps saying details not recognised, my 2 sons accounts need a the monthly payment to get them working but can't log in to do it,  driving me mad

Have you tried calling 7777 from the iD SIM cards that need topping-up, @Poppiesfan?

 


Managed to pay them over the phone,  but still can't access any of my accounts online, I've had a complaint logged now and will wait for the outcome, all was fine until the new app came out
