I've got 3 accounts mine and my two sons cobby log in to any of them tried every combination of email and phone numbers it just keeps saying details not recognised, my 2 sons accounts need a the monthly payment to get them working but can't log in to do it,  driving me mad

Have you tried calling 7777 from the iD SIM cards that need topping-up, @Poppiesfan?

Managed to pay them over the phone,  but still can't access any of my accounts online, I've had a complaint logged now and will wait for the outcome, all was fine until the new app came out

This company is crap , can’t log in beening trying over last 2 weeks , got 2 accounts me and my daughter , I’ve set direct debit up on both before when I could get access , I’ve had this problem then direct debit don’t work like I ain’t done it , the emails me bill is due ! Can’t speak to anyone trying everything rang up tells me there’s a problem sooner my contract is up I’m gone it’s rubbish.and caused me lots of problems over the time with if will tell anyone don’t ever get with them
