Hi All,
So tonight I tried to login to my account to download my bill (using a saved shortcut link that has previously worked) and when I clicked ‘next’ with my saved email address it went to the password page and then I added my password (from my Google saved passwords) and clicked ‘Log In’ and it gave me this error message (it took ~20secs between ‘log in’ and adding password) 🤔

I even tried it via a Google ‘iD Mobile Login’ search (other search engines are available 😁) adding my email and password manually and the same thing happened 😤
The only way I could log in was via a link sent in an Email from iD Mobile 🤷🏻
What’s going on?!?!?
Anyone else had the same problem??
