Login 'OAuth Error' message.....

Hi All,
 

So tonight I tried to login to my account to download my bill (using a saved shortcut link that has previously worked) and when I clicked ‘next’ with my saved email address it went to the password page and then I added my password (from my Google saved passwords) and clicked ‘Log In’ and it gave me this error message (it took ~20secs between ‘log in’ and adding password) 🤔


I even tried it via a Google ‘iD Mobile Login’ search (other search engines are available 😁) adding my email and password manually and the same thing happened 😤
The only way I could log in was via a link sent in an Email from iD Mobile 🤷🏻
What’s going on?!?!?
Anyone else had the same problem??

Hey there ​@Decembersangel72, we’re very sorry to hear that.

 

I’m not entirely sure why this has happened haha. It could’ve been due to the fact that our systems had some down time due to the outage, and the sheer number of customers trying to access our app and website and Community pages at one time.

 

Either way, we of course want to look into this further for you.

 

Can you confirm if this is still an issue please?
