LOST CREDIT WHEN SWITCHED TO NEW APP - PAY AS YOU GO ACCOUNT

Went through the trauma of switching to the new ID Mobile app (failed registrations, verification codes that didn’t work, account blocked etc, etc) to find that the credit I had on the old app hadn’t been transferred across to the new one.

The mobile number and all other details are the same but £0.00 credit on my account with the new app.

Additionally the app says that I don’t have a plan but I should have a pay as you go plan.

Any thoughts on what’s happened or have I been “robbed” by ID M?
