missed pay on credit report

I paid my final bill £37.03 but £2 missed payment showing on my credit report, why? 

I've paid £2 today (even though I don't owe it) as this is having a serious negative impact on my credit report.

Telephone is just an automated service, live chat is a bot, how on earth am I to get this issue resolved??
