Missing Referral Reward

Hi there,

My Dad referred me on the ‘Reward a Friend’ scheme towards the end of last year - I received an email saying that the reward was on its way on 30th January 2024, but it never arrived for either of us.

I’ve had an email saying that the scheme will expire at the end of this month - could you please help?

Hi Matthew,

I attempted but was unable to log in to the Buyapowa module.

I emailed AWIN, and they told me to email Giftcloud instead, as the scheme is no longer managed by them. I then emailed Giftcloud, who have now told me that they don’t offer a scheme with ID mobile. 

Everyone who I have contacted about this has assigned responsibility to someone else; I still don’t my reward. It’s starting to smell like a scam.

How do you suggest I resolve this?
