I am very disappointed with Id i have been a member trying to log in for the last 6 months,i haven’t been able to see my bill for the last 6 months due to the app saying “your details don’t match our records”,but you can send me text messages saying i have used 80% of my data i am very annoyed and frustrated.I have contacted customer services they said its a tech error,tech erro for 6 months i want an explanation now or i will be planning to boycott id for there unethical treatment of customers.
