Mobile App has stopped working

My App has stopped working.. I have deleted it and reinstalled it, now it just loops asking for username and password

Are you still able to log into your account on a laptop/PC?

Is your handset running on the latest software update?

Hi Sian,  yes I can log in on the website, just not the app, deleted it twice but no joy, even changed password..

Hi ​@StuartRowe 

Apps are notoriously bad (as per frequent complaints about them) so the best option is to login to your account via your web browser and then ‘add shortcut to home screen’.
This way you will always have access to it.
