I've been with ID mobile since 2019 but have never been able to manage my account as I can't login to the app as it doesn't recognise my ID mobile number on their records. It is the correct number, my last 4 digits of this number appear on my bill I get emailed and I have been using it for years. I still have my 1st email from ID and it has my phone number and all my plan details on that email.

The issue is now resolved after speaking over the webchat. It could have been easier to get fixed but it is resolved now.
