Im trying to register my account on IDs new system but when trying to add a mobile the system says my number/name/dob is not recognised. 

Does anyone have their email address I can contact?

This should be a problem directly for customer service but I guess its ID mobile has made it easier to complain in public than to send them a support ticket (live chat had 90min wait times)
