my dad just informed me that a year ago he lost his ID Mobile which i pay for. He bought a new one from another store which he now pays for. I have tried to cancel his ID Mobile subscription but its not recognised have s mobile number

Okay ​@AmandaLovingLife, although you’re paying for the ‘old’ iD account your Dad had, sounds like he’s the actual iD account holder. 

If so, he’d need to use the iD online Live Chat service, and speak to customer service.

The iD Mobile advisers work until 8pm on weekends - usually best to tell the 24/7 bot you’d like to “talk to a person”. ​​​​​​
