Hi @Shaun Beecher

Sorry to hear this, direct debits may take a little earlier with weekends, bank holidays and such, however I’m unsure why if a direct debit happens on the 15th it’d charge as early as the 10th.

If your money is on a sort of schedule, it may be best to switch to manual payments and making a reminder.

Hi there @Shaun Beecher

If you check your bill → via the app or online portal → click Bills → click Payments

Does it state the DD will be taken on or around the XXth of every month. And if is does is today’s date showing or as the 15th like you’ve written?

Okay, no idea why they’d take it this early.

Your best bet would be to chat to iD via Live Chat

iD’s Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

You can access Live Chat here: www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

(I would suggest you start the chat with either speak to person or talk to person to bypass their automated chat bot)

The only thing I don’t know is if they can refund it promptly being as they already took the payment. If they can then I’d guess to say you’d have to make a manual payment on or around the 15th - be mindful some others have done this and the system took 2 payments
