money taken - account locked


Have been away for a short while and tried to use my iD Mobile account from 28 May. The payment of £8 was taken and I am now showing no data left with unlimited texts and minutes. I cannot use the phone despite money being taken on 28 May.

Same thing has happened today 23 Oct. £10 taken, no data, no phone
