I purchased 100GB data monthly. But on the app it says your plan with 20GB of data monthly?

Can confirm this is a visual glitch in the iD Mobile app, you do have 100GB on your account (I've just checked). I’ve flagged your account with the relevant teams, who are working on a fix for this issue.

If your allowances are showing as incorrect on the app and your online account it may an error that is being looked into.
