I have been noticing since last two months that my data seems to disappear without even using it. My mobile phone shows (in settings → Connections → Data Usage) that I have only consumed a few hundred mb but when I login on iD mobile app and website, it shows that I have consumed data in gb’s. I know that I have not used anywhere near that much data. I am not sure if there is an error on iD mobile system or it is a tactic to make people upgrade to get more data spending more money. Can anyone at iD please help resolve this issue?
