My remaining data has vanished

I have been noticing since last two months that my data seems to disappear without even using it. My mobile phone shows (in settings → Connections → Data Usage) that I have only consumed a few hundred mb but when I login on iD mobile app and website, it shows that I have consumed data in gb’s. I know that I have not used anywhere near that much data. I am not sure if there is an error on iD mobile system or it is a tactic to make people upgrade to get more data spending more money. Can anyone at iD please help resolve this issue?

If it does not get resolved by tomorrow then I will be left with no other option but to leave iD mobile and join some other network/provider.

@Natalie W , I had sent the reply there in private chat, with my details, 2 hours ago but since then nothing has happened and no one has responded again with anything.

I have also noticed that I can only open or login in the iD mobile app while connected to my wifi. I cannot connect outside home while using mobile data. It gives following error message: “Unable to connect to iD Mobile”.

This messaging system is such a waste of time.

Either there are too many issues or not enough employees to deal with customer issues or both.

So, iD Mobile is ok only until the time you face an issue and then you are lost.

They asked me about my basic details, like name, address and mobile number, etc yesterday. I replied with those details right away but since then there is complete silence. iD staff is not doing anything. They have gone in sleep mode.
