Why is my mobile data so slow, it shows I'm getting 5G but my Internet connection is really bad and takes time to load videos it also takes really long to send normal text messages, I don't know if there is a problem with my aim or your network please review this for me.

I’m having the same issue just switched to ID i hope this isnt the level of service. I cant connect to calls and if i do the reception is rubbish

Secondly please test the SIM in a different handset and change your mobile network to a 4G connection.

Due to the lack of onterest fromiD O have now switched providers, funnily enough their app and website noth WORK perfectly well!
