Hi

I haven't been able to login to my account for months / nearly a year  due to using a defunct Gmail account to register my account. And I had forgotten my password and username.

I had the idea this morning to re register using outlook and it worked. I added my phone number and things seem to be okay. I want to know if the Gmail account will be disabled due to me registering my phone number with this new phone number. Also I paid my bill for this month, using this new account but its not showing up. Is it due to having two accounts?

It's a relief to finally have a working account again and I hope this won't be a problem going on in the future. Any help would be great.

A phone number would only be on one app/website account at a time, if you’re logging in using an Outlook email address, you wouldn’t be able to log in using anything else. 

  

Do you have both your accounts showing in the same app/website account? You’ll be able to add multiple plans in the “Your Plans” tab on the home page.
