new customer switch today, cant send or receive calls


I’ve switched to iD today and can’t make or receive calls, live chat not working and no apparent way of contacting iD for support or advice! How the hell do u contact them to resolve issues!

If you can’t make / receive calls, nor send / receive text messages, your switch maybe incomplete, @Donna Gurr

If iD Mobile have already said your switch has been completed, then something might have gone wrong.

Live Chat may work if you:

  • Allow popup windows in your web browser.
  • Use a different web browser.
  • Use an incognito / inprivate window in your web browser.

The chatbot works 24/7 - the iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

FYI, sometimes number ports aren’t completed until 10pm on the switching date selected.

The web page says wait a few moments for live chat button to load but doesn’t load so can’t click anything to go to live chat. Maybe it will all miraculously work from 10pm tonight then?! My number has moved over successfully but just can’t send or receive text or calls 🤷‍♀️
