Account is 2 days old but need to access urgent voicemails from medical care providers. It says visual voicemail not available - whatever that is? Tried ringing the number provided but it doesn’t ring. Is this a defect or do I have to wait for access, how long does this take!?

Have you tried calling 123 to set up your voicemail? Is this the number you can’t ring?
Are you able to call other numbers?

Thanks! Was chatting all morning on the chat to idmobile then realised I still had old SIM card in. Cos had Esim they were conflicted. If anyone else has this issue take out old sim first
