Hi,
I think I messed up.
I have a new IDmobile Sim which is for my new Tablet so it needs a new plan.
I followed the link to register it and selected the “I have an IDmobile Account” option.
I entered the new sim number and clicked OK.
But I don’t have a new option on my account.
Help me if you can.

Hi, I did a chat with ID mobile support and I should have activated my new SIM for my New Plan by contacting ID Mobile.
It doesn’t seem like the online system can handle one customer having two separate plans.
No problems now I know.
They are sending me a new SIM card which I will register via the ID Mobile chat.

I’m sorry, but your post doesn’t make much sense. Could you please clarify where you obtained the iD Mobile SIM?

Hi @Paulrichardson you certainly can have more than one plan with iD, and you can have both plans on your app so you can view them both.
