NO 4g


I am using my ID Sim card in a wifi router. At first it worked fine but will not transfer data anymore. If I put the card into my phone it indicates only 3G. The post code checker confirms I should have a good signal. The Sim card normally in my phone works fine and works in the router.I have not used all of the data.


Impossible to contact ID of course. Im about to call the bank and cancel and then require a pay back. 
Pretty poor service !

 

Any thoughts ??

The service is good and my phone has excellent coverage

I’ve also stood outside

This has been a problem for 2 weeks

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with coverage.

The coverage in your area shows outdoor only, have you tried resetting your network settings and testing the SIM in another handset?

There are no reported issues in the area but if there has been a sudden change and the above doesn’t improve things we can get this escalated.

Hi

I have put the SIM card in my phone and the signal strength is at least 3 bars sometimes 4 inside or out there’s no difference.

I am high up and get good reception 

I am actually just on the line between inside and outside 

It should work even on one bar let alone 3 ??
