I’ve just switched over to iD Mobile whom I bought a new phone from.   I was never sent a new SIM card so thought I could just insert my old ‘3’ sim card in my new phone.   I have no connection to iD Mobile and have been without any connection to internet, texts or phone calls.   I’ve tried to reset the phone after transferring everything over to my new phone.   I’ve been with ‘3’ for a number of years and currently feel that I shouldn’t have moved to iD Mobile.

The SIM card is usually sent separately to the handset.

What is the easiest way to contact iD mobile, as this is really annoying?  I’ve had no SIM card sent, and can’t access mobile internet, etc and paying a monthly contract with iD mobile.

You need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@DianeL  

The advisers work until 9pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”. ​

Hey there ​@DianeL, as kindly advised by ​@MZone, SIM cards are posted separately and need to be used to use our network.

 

The SIM card is delivered in 3-5 working days.

 

What date did you order please?
