no pac needed?

I currently have an id sim only and just kept my old handset. I want a new handset and I'd is the best deal. For usual I'd just put in a pac code to switch and keep my number but how do I move to this new deal with handset and keep my existing number when it's the same provider (iD)?

Unfortunately iD won’t transfer a number from one account to another account, and a PAC can only be used to transfer a number between different service providers.

So move the sim only to another provider then get the order new phone and get a pac to transfer back to ID again?

Yes @Tonii Hd, if that’s the number you want to keep.
