How long ago did you upgrade?

Sim only , about ten days ago , just the uncertainty, about keeping same phone number as I will be waiting for hospital test results

Okay, is your current SIM working?

 

If so, you may already have your upgrade, have you checked your emails?

 

Sometimes we send a new SIM with an upgrade, but it’s not always done and doesn’t need to be done.
