I have upgraded my account and need to keep my existing phone number , and have not received any notification,or new sim, could you get back to me, please , my phone number is {REMOVED},,email is {REMOVED}  thanks David

Anybody with Internet access can read your post, including online bad actors who might spam, scam or steal something.

Have you upgraded to a SIM only plan or a plan with a device?

 

How long ago did you upgrade?

Sim only , about ten days ago , just the uncertainty, about keeping same phone number as I will be waiting for hospital test results

Okay, is your current SIM working?

 

If so, you may already have your upgrade, have you checked your emails?

 

Sometimes we send a new SIM with an upgrade, but it’s not always done and doesn’t need to be done.
