Just to say this is an online public forum,
Anybody with Internet access can read your post, including online bad actors who might spam, scam or steal something.
Speak to iD customer service online at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.
The online advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (the iD chatbot works 24/7).
