Not receiving ID Mobile passcode email when registering account

Trying to log in to ID mobile but when registering my account I am not receiving the passcode that should be sent to my email.

Tried on app and online. Tried resending. Not in junk mail. Have reinstalled app.

Still not receiving the verification email from ID mobile.

Sorry to hear this, is your email address from a standard domain? (Hotmail, Outlook, Gmail, etc)

 

Have you tried a different email address?

 

It may also be worth trying other browsers as ​@Daz_S suggests.

When trying via the online method (not the app) try using a different browser. iD can be a bit picky when it comes to certain browsers.

Thanks, logged in with different email address and this worked. Would be good if it would say you need to do this. Bills are received to one email and log in uses as different one.
