Oops something went wrong on app after triangle port

I've been with ID mobile for a few years but recently I got a new phone through carphone warehouse but still with ID and had to do the triangle port to keep my number. Everything has worked but now for some reason, all I'm getting on the app is "oops something went wrong" and nothing is loading. Is there anything I can do?

I don’t believe the issue you are/were having would be related to the triangle port in anyway at all, it may be due to the app having issues itself.


To confirm, for the new contract you’re on and with the number you ported back to us, did you register/re-register a new account?


Is the same issue still persisting?
