I have just received my replacement sim card and am trying to activate it. When i get to the screen to enter my sim card number, i enter it and press submit. After I do this the wheel spins for a bit then a pop up appears that says “Oops sorry, something went wrong please try again.”. I have tried it now many times and no success.

Any help more than welcome !!!!
