out if the country unable to login to my account

I am living abroad & have no longer got my SIM card. I am being charged but unsure exactly what as the price seems to have gone up. My contract should be coming to an end if not ended already. I can’t login to my account as it says I need to received confirmation text. Can someone please help so I can access my contract information and see what’s going on.

Just a note to say, an iD contract continues until the contract is cancelled by giving 30-days notice, or using a PAC / STAC to switch to another service provider, ​@Bali2000
