Yes I noticed you gave out your mobile and I reported this as soon as I spotted it. If only customers could flag another customers post to get the content hidden.
Don’t post the content of what you gave this (lets call them a) person, but what information did you give out?
If it was your iD account number, your surname, mobile number, your home address then please contact live chat ASAP to inform them -
On the texted based chat after filling out the required fields the next thing to type is fraud and their system will put you to the right team.
If you gave out bank account details then contact your bank ASAP too.
You did NOTHING wrong. You were lead to believe you were talking to an iD Mobile employee so please don’t blame yourself. There are many others whom have done the same. Many users of this forum think this is a private chat, it is not and is viewable by anyone at anytime.
(Hence the statement I created at the bottom of all my posts)
