Pac Text Issue

My Pac was completed yesterday, I had ac onfirmation email but no text, I cannot receive text messages since yesterday,  I have tried the turn on turn off remove sim etc, I am still not receiving any text messages.

Hey there ​@stokeyj28, sorry to hear that. When you go into phone settings, does your phone number show correctly?

 

Do you have signal at all?

    I managed to sort it,  the number wasn't displaying properly so I changed it and all the texts came through. Thanks
