PAC transfer of old number hasn't occurred

I have done a PAC transfer from 3 to maintain my old number, 3 have terminated my account this morning, but my iD account is still on the new number. When will it switch (I need it to maintain my work on all availability).

@BlackSmirnoff it can take up to 10pm on the day of the switch to complete. Have you tried restarting your phone? Thanks.
